In the centre of the exhibition space, located in the Museum’s old barn, a gigantic full-rigged ship was hovering like a Flying Dutchman on the bottom of the sea (complete with canons and anchor). The dark room was filled with canon smoke, fire, glistering sea and sand making the naval atmosphere spot on.
Along all wall surfaces and the horizon of the sea visitors could read about the sea battle, its casualties, the war and also find references to current situations such as the Danish support to the war in Iraq etc. Kvorning developed, produced and implemented the exhibition and supplied lighting-, sound- and graphic design.
